Why should I report an Issue with Time Since: Multi time counter?

Probably sounds like an ad but it's not, this is super helpful for reminding me to keep in contact with my friends, thanks for making this!An app that serves the niche(?) need for a good new start/cold turkey/countup timer, simple and intuitive design of UI/UX all-over even for the widgets, they're customisable too.

2. Life events for example would be cool to track but I don't need them cluttering up my view of chores.Hey I thought of one more thing aside from colors for the widgets... There isn't really anything other then your own knowledge separating the completed events from the ones still actively counting down, so it would be great if the words 'until' and 'since' were applied to the widgets for that reason.

4. i would love if it had a sorting by 'time since' option within categories thoughI love this app! The pro version is super affordable, and totally worth it.

5. I've been using it to keep track of the last time I've changed my house air filter to the last time my cat's litterbox was cleaned out.

1. Fix Time Since Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Time Since: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Time Since App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Time Since" » Open Time Since: Multi time counter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Time Since » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Time Since: Multi time counter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Time Since servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Time Since: Multi time counter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Time Since app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Time Since might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Time Since. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Time Since then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Time Since not working

2. Fix Time Since Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Time Since be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Time Since not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Time Since may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
