DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYReally useless app.I received my plastic card but in app,my card within my email address is not exist and also in app I couldn't find my card a pop up message shows again and again.my isic card is not showing in app.Really disappointedVery easy to apply and to retrieve card online.

2. Furthermore, slow loading time & prolonged unresponsiveness; ISIC developers attend to urgently!!Search function does not work at all, which leaves the app pretty much unusable.

3. Great to have the card on my phoneNot user-friendly!!! There is no "logout" or "signout" button that is visible on the page, thus, making it a completely unexciting & bad app! Also, no option to edit profile details for those who may wish to make changes like password, school & name changes.

4. Unable to search for discounts, every time I select click more option or try to search for something specific it keeps showing me "No Results".Discounts are so vague and not meaningful.

5. This is simply not reliable enough for a discount card which you need to be able to show on public transport 100% reliably or else be fined.

6. Sorting is so funny, if you chooae nearest, the first results would be a 1000 km away! That doesnt work for me.SCAM The codes don't work or have really specific conditions, others are for everyone and not exclusively for the app.

7. I constantly get a message saying "something went wrong" underneath a bar with green dot showing "valid" and a wrong time, which I can't even screenshot because the app prevents that.

8. Search function on the mobile app is nearly as bad-- looks like you can search by country, THEN discount, but not just discount.

9. As a medical student, I strongly support this app, and convey my best regards to the ISIC community.No discounts show up when I open the tab.

10. Literally impossible to find the discount I want even though I know it's available in my country and I can find it on PC.

1. Fix ISIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ISIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ISIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ISIC" » Open ISIC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ISIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ISIC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ISIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ISIC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ISIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ISIC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ISIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ISIC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ISIC not working

2. Fix ISIC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ISIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ISIC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ISIC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
