1. Note: For some reason Google Play wasnt recognizing that there was an update available, so I had to go to app info, then go to the Play store entry from there, and the update button was available.The widget used to work perfectly fine from past many years that Inhave been using it, however, since around 22 Oct, prices are not updating ( neither a forced update nor automatic).

2. After waiting a week to see if this would fix itself I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and am now unable to place any ministocks widgets at all! I hope this issue resolves as I would prefer to go back to this app from the one I have found to temporarily replace it (but I really cant complain for free if that's not the case).I have been using this for years and it has always been great.

3. Looks like, something has changed on server side, as there was no widget update done, when it stopped working.

4. _Very_ occasionally quits working due to external interface changes (maybe 3 times in the last 5-6 years), but developer is very responsive and usually has it fixed quickly.This app is simple and functional.

1. Fix Ministocks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ministocks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ministocks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ministocks" » Open Ministocks - Stocks Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ministocks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ministocks - Stocks Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ministocks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ministocks - Stocks Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ministocks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ministocks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ministocks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ministocks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ministocks not working

2. Fix Ministocks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ministocks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ministocks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ministocks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
