But the new installation had preserved my preferences - how did that happen??This is the best current currency exchange rates and converter app I've ever used as there's no annoying ads & even directs you to confirm your currency rates from either Google search or Yahoo finance and most of all, contains all country currencies even cryptocurrencies.

3. It would be good to paste values (like from the calculator) and it would also be useful to place the cursor at different points in the entered value so you can delete individual numbers.

4. Changed phone to an IPhone now and it doesn't seem to be on the app store so disappointed I have had to find a different one which isn't as good!It's excellent 👍.

5. It never displays any obtrusive full screen advertisements, like other currency apps do.Should have option to choose landing page, arguably Charts is the most frequently viewed.

1. Fix Currency Converter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Currency Converter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Currency Converter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Currency Converter" » Open Currency Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Currency Converter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Currency Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Currency Converter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Currency Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Currency Converter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Currency Converter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Currency Converter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Currency Converter then reinstall.
