Please fix it immediatelly and i'll give you 5 stars.I've been using this app since I had my olshop, quick access, easy and complete, but lately I can't find Wahana there, a courier my customers most used...pls take it back, thanks!Tampilan rapi, user friendly, tolong tambahkan fitur scan barcode utk pelacakan no resi, good job, thx...Selalu Force Close, padahal udah coba insta ulang tetep Force Close.

3. It's such a pity, because I think, this is the most complete one I have found so far.I can't tracking JNE package..always said "waybill can't be found or hasn't submitted by the agent".

4. But could you fix the JNE tracking, please? At prior version, the result always none for about 2 weeks now, and then I updated it to the latest version now, there's no option for JNE in the tracking tab.

1. Fix RajaOngkir Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RajaOngkir: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RajaOngkir App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RajaOngkir" » Open RajaOngkir : Cek Ongkir Akurat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RajaOngkir » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RajaOngkir : Cek Ongkir Akurat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RajaOngkir servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RajaOngkir : Cek Ongkir Akurat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RajaOngkir app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RajaOngkir might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RajaOngkir. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RajaOngkir then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RajaOngkir not working

2. Fix RajaOngkir Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RajaOngkir be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RajaOngkir not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RajaOngkir may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
