Source Audio Neuro 3 Customer Insights

1. - I should be able to hide pedals I don't own so I don't have to scroll through them *every* *single* *time* - Community filter doesn't allow me to filter by compatible pedals (broken) - Often have to send present repeatedly before pedal receives it Fix these it I guarantee I'll be returning my pedal!I have the source audio collider, and the sounds I hear on the neuro app blow me away.

2. in ventris (or any other dual dsp?) allow option tap in A+B mode to set a relative tap tempo for both engines: was trying to create dual echoverb with a complex rhythm and even though I made it with the app, i was impossible to tap-tempo a pedal without breaking the preset. Its okay, and a good idea it let's you hear the preamp and EQ changes you make in real time.

3. The failure of the app defeats the entire purpose of the pedal (i.e. being able to fine tune *everything*!)App needs a lot of work.

4. Makes the functions I wish to use, unavailable (community, load presets on the go)...sad that it's essentially useless...Worked fine to start but now when I click the aftershock pedal it takes me to presets for the vertigo.

5. Also, I'm not sure how it works with other pedals, but with the EQ2, I wish it could control the pedal via USB, and not the audio cable.

6. For someone like me who used nothing but analog for years, being able to find a sound I like and only have to tweak it a little bit to get exactly what I want is a huge time saver.let a knob control two different parameters at once.

7. I have to remove my phones case to use the cable, and it eats up one of the input jacks, but I use the pedal in stereo as two seoarate EQ's.The app just doesn't work that well.

8. Fix your app as I cant modify my pedal now (I clicked all pedals, none were correct for the image and none were the aftershock)Really needs a UX consultant to revamp the whole app.

9. IMO still worth a download and trying out.Works ok but I'm at a loss to understand why there is no native usb support as well as the audio control.

10. Also the SoundCloud soundclips (when they exist) do not work any more, I just get a "error loading" messageTerrible....opens everytime by warning there's no internet connection, when there is.

11. I guess TC offers such functionality in their compressor pedal (at least).
