1. Having to skip tracks via the phone can make it awkward.Don't ask me how to navigate to check-out! Search-result listings should include length and genre, and it should be possible to have them ordered in inverse of when they were added, so that the user is not required to look at nor to recognize previously considered items.

2. As things now stand, the signal-to-noise ratio is very poor.I really love the music on traxsource! Defected from Beatport and the others...BUT, having trouble with the playback in my main cart.

3. Major updates needed for this app before I'd rate it any higher.nice layout but how on earth do you look at "just added" releases, select the genre and choose yesterday, today or last 7 days like you can on the desktop site.

4. It's a real shame that it doesn't make use of the native android player meaning that playback can't be controlled by Bluetooth devices such as the car stereo.

5. adding to cart is as easy as clicking but would be good if you could also make your purchases through the app when your on the go , ready for you to download when you get home or reach the studio .

6. When I go to play the tracks, something happens where it just doesn't work.

7. searching tracks is relatively straightforward however! tracks are repeatedly duplicated when scrolling through.

8. Trying to navigate with the same capability and make a purchase/checkout should be as simple as doing so on the website.

9. Can't create account - "please enter valid email address".

10. so annoying.I'm expected to sign in when I dont even have an account.

11. I use this app a lot to preview my tracks whilst commuting.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Traxsource Issues

1. Fix Traxsource Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Traxsource: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Traxsource App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Traxsource" » Open Traxsource » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Traxsource » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Traxsource app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Traxsource servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Traxsource" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Traxsource app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Traxsource might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Traxsource. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Traxsource then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Traxsource not working


2. Fix Traxsource Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Traxsource be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Traxsource not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Traxsource may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
