Why should I report an Issue with LifeUp: Gamified To Do List?

I started a free trial of the Play Pass just to try this out, and I decided on day one that I would be purchasing LifeUp once the trial is over.I got really into this app a while back, even paid for the premium because it was super affordable, but after a while I stopped using it and opted for a simpler task tracking type app.

3. I love that it works offline, too since I have a bad internet connection.This is a really excellent app and one of the few I've been able to stick with for tracking tasks and achieving goals.

4. You could set up sub-tasks for 45 min or an hour with accompanied rewards, without cluttering the task list with additional options.

5. This allows the user to set up sub-tasks as "extra credit" For instance, you might have a task to exercise 30 min 4xweekly.

6. One option I'd like to see (correct me if this is already available) is a setting that allows you to block the ability to "complete" tasks after a deadline.

7. More complex repeat frequencies; start times for tasks that allow them to be shown on today's to-do list regardless when they're due; a huge variety of sort methods; and more.

8. One of the features I like best is the ability to complete tasks without completing sub-tasks.

9. A couple feature wishes I have are for 1.) the ability to set more specific days for task repeating.

10. There's too much going on for meAt first blush, the app may seem difficult to fully parse... But allow the app to walk you through its tutorial and you'll discover how quick to pick up and work with the app is.

11. My only complaint is there doesn't seem to be an option anywhere in the app for if you go on vacation or are away from home and can't complete tasks normally.

1. Fix LifeUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LifeUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LifeUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LifeUp" » Open LifeUp: Gamified To Do List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LifeUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LifeUp: Gamified To Do List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LifeUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LifeUp: Gamified To Do List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LifeUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LifeUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LifeUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LifeUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LifeUp not working

2. Fix LifeUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LifeUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LifeUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LifeUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
