Why should I report an Issue with VRoid Mobile?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of pixiv Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I wish there were more poses sitting and stuff, and I wish that you could customize the areas more to fit what you need.I love the app, but there's a bug when using comic style camera in daytime classroom, I can see the tree lines straight from the wall.

2. Very boring.It's pretty good! Not perfect in my book, there certainly could be a larger variation of accessories, such as glasses and hats, and taking the user reviews into context, it seems that there are stability issues, though I haven't experienced any yet.

3. So can we have more animation when sitting? And also more accessories like glasses, hat, or backpack, please?This is so great after all & both of them are limited but the difference is in the pc version, you can customize on your own based on the anime, cartoon or Kpop idols.

4. That, and it would be nice if you could use it for other things besides the company's apps, like streaming for YouTube.Cute graphics and the avatar creation, while limited, was surprisingly not too bad in terms of how many items were locked behind money.

5. I only really use this app for quick concept designs that I later remake on PC, but that's made more difficult by the inability to import files from the app to VRoid Studio, and the asset discrepancies between the two.

6. Aside from the issues, I enjoy the neat graphics and the adjustability of the character.I think this app has GREAT potential.

8. It's functional, but I can't recommend it.When I saw the app I was really excited at the prospect of getting to make and work on models while on the go, but I was sadly mistaken.

9. And at the photoshoot mode I wish that the quality could be better when moving because its hard to see.

1. Fix VRoid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VRoid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VRoid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VRoid" » Open VRoid Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VRoid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VRoid Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VRoid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VRoid Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VRoid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VRoid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VRoid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VRoid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VRoid not working

2. Fix VRoid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VRoid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VRoid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VRoid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
