1. Future updates with text messages and option to add wish list and addresses for delivery of gift would be very interesting.Works ok enough, makes you put in email addresses for whatever reason and there's no way to go in and review who has who like a master list after the fact.

2. There's not a ton of bells and whistles, but who needs them for something like this? Nice job devs!Nice app, but didn't work super great for us because we were trying to draw for our entire family.

3. Instead of having the send via email, we should be able to select the choice ourselves rather then select the choice after the draw is done.Nice and easy, met our needs.

9. When receiving secret Santa's via email & clicking the link it says Tom is the secret Santa FROM Harry when I think it should say FOR to avoid confusion.

1. Fix Secret Santa App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secret Santa App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secret Santa App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secret Santa App" » Open Secret Santa App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secret Santa App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secret Santa App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secret Santa App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secret Santa App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secret Santa App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secret Santa App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secret Santa App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secret Santa App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secret Santa App not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secret Santa App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secret Santa App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secret Santa App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
