Plus I turned phone off and closed the app and came back on it and I had to put in a new password because it had deleted my previous account which I spent hours on .I wanna give you 0 star or even minus...I had invest so many days to write my diary..but then sudden it changed password don't know how...I lost my precious memories due to this diary...if anyone have any idea how to get data back just comment.Great game it gives you a choice of a password.

2. No ones allowed to get into it.It's an amazing diary because you can let your heart out and write down all tht you are feeling.I absaloutly hate this app i copied down so much writing about 15 paragraphs then i closed the apl and reopened it and all of my writing was gone.

3. I hate it do not get it or other wise can the developer tell me how to access my notes.

1. Fix Secret Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secret Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secret Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secret Diary" » Open Secret Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secret Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secret Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secret Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secret Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secret Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secret Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secret Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secret Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secret Diary not working

2. Fix Secret Diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secret Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secret Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secret Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
