1. I haven't been able to setup access to my account, Credit Card, pay online, etc... after numerous attempts with my smart phone, computer, and assistance over the phone with one of their technicians.

2. I use it for stashing savings so I don't mind slower transfers but unlike other banks they start paying interest right away not after the ACH clears.Practical, useful, and really great customer service, but mobile deposit is difficult and finicky.

3. I was able to link an external account (using deposits to verify may take a day or two), and initiate ACH transfers no problem.

4. You have to enter the account information, then verify a couple of deposits... But the deposits are not instant, so you have to exit the app and come back later, and I couldn't find any sort of 'pick up where you left off' option.

5. Easy to set up multiple accounts to save for different things.App works well for checking balances and sending questions to customer service.

1. Fix Bread Savings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bread Savings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bread Savings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bread Savings" » Open Bread Savings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bread Savings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bread Savings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bread Savings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bread Savings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bread Savings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bread Savings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bread Savings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bread Savings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bread Savings not working

2. Fix Bread Savings Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bread Savings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bread Savings not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bread Savings may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
