1. Not to mention, you have to verify your identity to remove a credit/debit card for security purposes??? How is that a security feature? I should be able to remove a credit/debit card whenever I want with no extra verification process.false advertisement saying that their ACH withdrawals are "instant" implying you get your money instantly.

2. Since I started the verification phase, I realized that it failed, as it does not recognize countries such Saudi Arabia to send the code.. Why you add it in the list if you didn't recognize it 🤔.

6. No option for alternative such as yubikey.Way too picky on Pic's of ID & even want a 20 second video... Not a good sign...Generally quite a nice app.

1. Fix Bitstamp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bitstamp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bitstamp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bitstamp" » Open Bitstamp: Buy and Sell Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bitstamp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bitstamp: Buy and Sell Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bitstamp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bitstamp: Buy and Sell Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bitstamp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bitstamp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bitstamp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bitstamp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bitstamp not working

2. Fix Bitstamp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bitstamp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bitstamp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bitstamp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
