Why should I report an Issue with ApiManager?

1. I love the app, just need help with fixing a few errors.Whose idea is it to have a beekeeping app that requires you to be connected to the internet... Most apiaries are in rural areas without reception it just doesn't make any sense.

2. I would probably give it 5 stars if it stopped crashing, had an other/custom option, and didnt go 20 years into the future when tapping the date calender box.This app is awesome! And it's free.

3. No developments, no bug fixes and no communication when you try to contact support.This web based application is accessible easily with a computer and a mobile device.

4. Evidently I have an apiary in turkey and in the middle of the Mediterranean sea? Wont save my hives after I add so much information...The app is very nice, and I like using is.

5. It allows you to create specific qr codes for each hive that you use to easily identify hives, you can record audio of your inspections then input that later in the app.

6. I'm actually am paying to get less than the free version! I've sent no fewer than 5 requests for support that have gone 100% unanswered.

7. It would be good if you were able to backup your data, for example to download the backup as a journal, just in case the app fails or isn't supported on the future.

8. I want to add as much or as little info as I want, they want an exact address for each apiary, which doesnt even coordinate with the map correctly.

9. It requires too much information to save an apiary or hive.

10. I've emailed the company about a few errors I keep getting while trying to add or change some features.

1. Fix ApiManager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ApiManager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ApiManager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ApiManager" » Open ApiManager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ApiManager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ApiManager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ApiManager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ApiManager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ApiManager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ApiManager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ApiManager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ApiManager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ApiManager not working

2. Fix ApiManager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ApiManager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ApiManager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ApiManager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
