Also your Chinese Melody channel the song play list not updated real time.The app was supposed to be my favourite app but it keeps pausing and stop working every now and then without any reason nor notification...too frustrating to be kept and use I am using this app on my mobile linked to a Bluetooth speaker.

2. Only the playing videos in your app can move to landscape mode now.The pause button not working on screen lock! You need to add some features like: Set Alarm for play time, end time etc.

3. Other radio stations no longer working, only left Lite FM the Acoustic play list, even live radio is not working, pls fix it quick.

4. If i fall asleep for 2 hours, the radio will play for 2 hours non stop till i stop the radio.

5. The app also not working smoothly with Android Auto, it always failed to launchSometimes doesn't play.

6. If this is improved, I would definitely change my rating.No sound after the latest app update Android version 8.10.1. Can't even press the play button.

7. Have to restart phone to get it working again.The concept of the app is very good, allowing users be able to listen to their favourite radios in high quality from anywhere they are.

8. It will just show as a small upright rectangle in the middle of the screen as compared to say Spotify which has landscape mode so it fits well.

9. However, one big downside to this app that should definitely be improved is how the radio in the app is not in sync with the real radio (late by a minute or two).

10. Hence if you're trying to catch a certain slot on the radio on time, you'd miss it.

1. Fix SYOK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SYOK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SYOK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SYOK" » Open SYOK - Radio, Music & Podcasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SYOK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SYOK - Radio, Music & Podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SYOK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SYOK - Radio, Music & Podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SYOK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SYOK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SYOK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SYOK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SYOK not working

2. Fix SYOK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SYOK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SYOK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SYOK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
