1. Basically, your cameras are useless without a subscription.APP Keeps crashing every time I open it! It only give me alerts when I finally do get it open! I'm paying for a service that sucks!! I'm going to be canceling my subscription as soon as possible!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! I would like a refund of all the money wasted paying for a service that I can't even use!A lot of lag between phone and camera.

2. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't open.Junk....camera quality is good, but what's the point if you can't download or save more than an 8 second clip? I have a plan and I'm unable to download...junkIt was fine until I had to get a new modem now it won't connect.

3. Says connected to WiFi but nothing happens.Worthless. Tried to sign up via 2 different email acts, plus Google, plus a phone# and NOTHING works!I have a noorio camera too, due to being an outdoor wireless battery based camera and your software is wayyyy better.

4. I have to physically go and turn it.Camera picture quality is actually pretty good I got everything to work however when you're in the console controlling the camera there's a huge delay when sending commands from your phone this needs to be addressed.

5. Just not good enough at all! Updates don't help at all either, the issue just remains.Have been using this for 3 years with not a lot of problems but now the app doesn't even want to open.

6. Recently the camera also gets stuck in one position and I can't control the sideways movement with the app(up and down movement works).

7. I pay a decent premium to have the live version and cloud storage but often times cannot connect or takes a long time.

8. A lot of the time the app takes very long to load the camera devices.

9. Kudos to you guys, thx for a great affordable product.Sucks, they changed it to a subscription plan to view your SD cards.

10. I have 20yrs tech/computer experience and I love how good your software and cameras work.

11. Really regretting purchase of a camera that connects only to this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AJCloud Issues

1. Fix AJCloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AJCloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AJCloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AJCloud" » Open AJCloud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AJCloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AJCloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AJCloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AJCloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AJCloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AJCloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AJCloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AJCloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AJCloud not working


2. Fix AJCloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AJCloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AJCloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AJCloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have bought a new home security camera from aj cloyd but in the ajcloud app there is no contact button. The problem I have is that supposedly this camera works on batteries but as soon as I unplug the camera there is no connection in the app anymore to the camera and there is no live feed or anything, this is highly annoying and makes me want to sent the camera back as I can’t have cables and adapters hanging everywhere.

    I purchased a security camera on 6/8/22 from Amazon. I took out a 1 month FREE trial with you on 12/9/22 as the camera wouldn't work until I did. I have subsequently returned the camera, which Amazon have confirmed receipt of, and am not using your service. I assumed that the AJ Cloud subscription would be cancelled as well. However, I notice that payment of £59.99 has been taken from my bank account. I would like this to be refunded. I have opened this as a dispute with my bank. Please contact me with an update.

  • I cannot remember my password and I can not get a link for ajcloud to let me change it so all my cameras and devices are linked but i can not acess them also signed out with alexa. i would be happy to pay for the service if you could make it work please. dont want or need to climb up house to remove the cameras. just need to change my password system takes me to reset password every time i click forgot password so I can not reset without previous password please help.

  • Both of my PC200 cameras have been working correctly up, to about 3 months ago.
    Now, recordings are stored on the TF card correctly but the TF card doesn’t “overwrite when full” on BOTH cameras. They just stop recording any further motion. When the card is full, I cannot read any stored files on the app.
    I have removed and formatted each card on my pc (FAT32 format) numerous times, which then enables further recording to be made. However the problem of not overwriting when the cards are full occurs again each time the recordings reach the capacity of the memory cards.
    Could you advise me please?
