  • I've just sent my 2nd cancellation request (3/20/23). I also sent the same requext on 9/6/22, but have still been charged monthly. That's 19.99 per month for the months of Oct 2022-March 2023 (nearly $100)

  • I have a fraudulent charge that went through my bank account on January 23,2023 for $10.00 USD I want that back please. It caused an overdraft and I ended up being overdrawn with the fee's for this for $50.00 USD. I was told it was being dealt with after I flagged the charge in my bank but have heard nothing since. Help would greatly be appreciated

  • Good afternoon
    I purchased a security camera on 6/8/22 from Amazon. I took out a 1 month FREE trial with you on 12/9/22 as the camera wouldn't work until I did. I have subsequently returned the camera, which Amazon have confirmed receipt of, and am not using your service. I assumed that the AJ Cloud subscription would be cancelled as well. However, I notice that payment of £59.99 has been taken from my bank account. I would like this to be refunded. I have opened this as a dispute with my bank. Please contact me with an update.

  • Hi, we recieved the message about that the firmware problems will not allow me to see the replays from the camera, a d thats what happends, we didnt find the "contact us" in our app, thats why we contac trought the website.

  • I cannot remember my password and I can not get a link for ajcloud to let me change it so all my cameras and devices are linked but i can not acess them also signed out with alexa. i would be happy to pay for the service if you could make it work please. dont want or need to climb up house to remove the cameras. just need to change my password system takes me to reset password every time i click forgot password so I can not reset without previous password please help.

  • Both of my PC200 cameras have been working correctly up, to about 3 months ago.
    Now, recordings are stored on the TF card correctly but the TF card doesn’t “overwrite when full” on BOTH cameras. They just stop recording any further motion. When the card is full, I cannot read any stored files on the app.
    I have removed and formatted each card on my pc (FAT32 format) numerous times, which then enables further recording to be made. However the problem of not overwriting when the cards are full occurs again each time the recordings reach the capacity of the memory cards.
    Could you advise me please?
