1. I like the eq and does major bass boost! But in latest update it makes a beepin sound in between songs, Im on oreo 8.1 I've used this app since inception and loved it but now its really annoying to have to hear this beeping sound that makes beep noise in between songs or when song is paused, even when volume is turn to zero! The constant beeping lasts for about 7 seconds then stops.

2. Cant hear it when music is playing but always beeps noise when there is no sound being played!!! But this happens only when this app is running, I tested to make sure which app (my music player or this app the culprit making the noise) as soon as I turn this bass booster on... sure enough the beeping starts, no beeping if I run just the player alone.

I wish it was advert free.Very nice indeed for the only way to check out if the sound worked r not was to hit it with a tune I know that had deep synth bass ( blinding lights ect and I'm using a brand new £5 set of home bargain headphones and low and behold they sound mighty this app works wonders so far now it's time to check out some metal on YouTube to c if it holds up so far so good 👍Everything I need.

4. This is not super complicated, has loads of presets, has a multi band equalizer and bass boost...and a virtualizer.Excellent app, creates more nice sound system and more better than recent equaliser,bass & volume booster i used before.

Updated my rating to 5 stars now that the problem is fixed.It was fine and definitely better than my Samsung J6 equalizer but i wanted more bass and louder music options(to listen via portable speakers)which wasn't available.Finally an equalizer amplifier that has all presets that I've been looking for.

1. Fix Bass Booster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bass Booster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bass Booster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bass Booster" » Open Bass Booster » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bass Booster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bass Booster app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bass Booster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bass Booster" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bass Booster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bass Booster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bass Booster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bass Booster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bass Booster not working

2. Fix Bass Booster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bass Booster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bass Booster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bass Booster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
