1. Bottom line: the app is frustrating, just the way the company makes its products and process.Slow af, annoying pop-up adds!!!, with every update, I need to log back in again, constant errors when loading parts of the app or bad gateway errors when trying to pay, even though my bank account shows the transaction, the app still says I need to make the payment, garbage app, people from Movistar can't even afford decent mobile apps.Some of their "special offers"( e.g. 10gb / 30 days) do not work.

2. The buttons and other content at the bottom of the "account", "attention", and "support" are blocked by the bottom navigation bar, and it's not possible to scroll down.Doesn't always work, like right now, no way to access home internet, in order to pay the bill, which is a struggle EVERY month, and this is a communications company.

3. Thank you Movistar Colombia!!!!Can't even log in with my phone number because the app has an error and the login page is missing the 'enter' or 'go' to continue.

4. Also the pop up ads in-app are excessive.Terrible. Trying unsuccesfully to "activate data sharing" in order to share my mobile data plan, and it's absolutely impossible to do it.

5. I´ll hope that fix it in the futureReally great service here in Colombia, I enjoy using it and admire the development and developers for having such a fine and smooth running application.
