Why should I report an Issue with Omlet: Live & 3D Avatar Stream?

1. The app is super laggy and all of the extra level up, experence things, etc is super unnecessary and causes more lag, confusion, and takes up more space.This app is great! It's really fun and you can live stream and record without having to pay, or log into your Google account.

2. I have to press the stream button multiple times for it to work and when it doesn't, it leaves a bunch of pending streams on youtube when only one works.

3. Or just to have the ability for the capture to automatically capture just the game play area and auto crop the game play so it fills the entire screen for the stream.

4. And I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 w/ super fast internet so it's not my device.I made sure to enable all of the permissions and finalze my account registration and it still will not let me stream.

5. I would also enjoy to have a hands-free recording option, so you can be lazy as much as you want! I hope you take these suggestions into consideration!Customizable and relatively easy to use.

6. When you select a video from your gallery, you are then able to record that video to which ever chat but it doesn't pick up any sound.

7. Also, I do have to go into the app to make it work yet I like popping into the games, though double-checking "do not disturb," well as my mic settings are off is annoying, yet it's worth my time.

8. Their needs to be some changes made.This app is the best i have downloaded so far, although i do have a few opinions and suggestions about the Miniclip system and how it works.

9. The app is alright to use for twitch streams, yet the space I have is something to work on if I have to save the video.

10. But in this app, sadly, I have to stop the entire recording, so what I have to do, and start recording again, then I would have to merge the two or more recordings together.

1. Fix Omlet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Omlet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Omlet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Omlet" » Open Omlet: Live & 3D Avatar Stream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Omlet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Omlet: Live & 3D Avatar Stream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Omlet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Omlet: Live & 3D Avatar Stream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Omlet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Omlet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Omlet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Omlet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Omlet not working

2. Fix Omlet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Omlet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Omlet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Omlet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
