1. The application is very interesting, please add the emoji option and hide the contacts, it will be great.This is totally unfair now!! I always needed to export my chat somehow from the beginning, and now when there's one such feature it's requiring premium! That's totally unfair, I'm a student, I can't get premium membership, i needed to export my chat data really, even that account migration feature isn't working!😐I loved it at first but after 1 day I found it is buggy and lacks useful features like: No group calling option, No channel, Not able to play back sound files inside the app.

1. Fix Skred Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skred Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skred Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skred Messenger" » Open Skred Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skred Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skred Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skred Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skred Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skred Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skred Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skred Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skred Messenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skred Messenger not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skred Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skred Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skred Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
