Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CSCpay Issues
1. Fix CSCpay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart CSCpay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the CSCpay App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CSCpay" » Open CSCpay » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CSCpay » click "UPDATE".
- Clear CSCpay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CSCpay servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CSCpay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check CSCpay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CSCpay might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall CSCpay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CSCpay then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CSCpay not working
2. Fix CSCpay Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CSCpay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CSCpay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CSCpay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I can't log in to send my fiance money I dont have a cell phone number and every time I try to login it says an account already exists I need all accounts deleted that use Caitlyn.drojak@redacted so I can start fresh with new one this has been a ridiculous process my fiance has needed money for almost a week I've brought cash in hand multiple times and tried to enter it at the kiosk and haven't been able to log in one time. Either can't get the verification code without a cell phone number or won't let me log in with my email. He needs money he can't get any mail or food until this is fixed I need everything deleted or I will file a formal complaint via my attorneys. With holding a person's right to receive mail because of indigent status is absolutely disgusting I erase my account immediately
