1. This feels like it was coded by second graders.Did get the app to show UK routes, but as with others, couldn't book any seats because the drop-down menu system doesn't work for credit card details or county locations.

2. My antivirus (NOD32)marked this app as potentially unsafe as despite might be legitimate, might be misused by attackers-that's the only app that my antivirus highlighted as potentially unsafe!Can't select anything on drop down menus as drop down doesn't open.

3. Back button went to a white screen, back again gives me a yes/no option to quit but then saying less didn't close the app so had to do it manually.

4. Useless!After I chose the ticket a popup message appeared saying ticket price went up from £16 to £20.

5. Trying to log in using facebook it will just open a facebook window telling you to close the window to proceed to megabus.

6. Asks to choose between Megabus and National Express which is a bit irritating (maybe remember a default and allow switching within the app?).

7. When you have to quickly get on the bus it's becoming a real inconvenienceI had no problem with this app at the beginning, but now when I click on it, I get taken to an obsolete page for trade doubler.

8. The bus arrived right on time and I got to sit in the seat that I reserved with no problems.In general very useful, but it is a real pain that it logs you put every time you close the app.

9. There is no option to do so however, meaning you can only go back to the "log in with Facebook" option, thus getting stuck in an endless loop.

10. This makes the app completely useless if you don't already have an account as can't register or log in as a guest.Great app, easy to navigate and use.

11. The clean bus, a smooth ride and professional drivers from start to finish enjoyed my trip.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Booking Issues

1. Fix Booking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Booking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Booking App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Booking" » Open Booking for Mega Bus & Coaches » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Booking » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Booking for Mega Bus & Coaches app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Booking servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Booking for Mega Bus & Coaches" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Booking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Booking might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Booking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Booking then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Booking not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Booking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Booking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Booking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
