1. Doesn't run on your phone cam, my ex has a flip phone because disabled and it is a piece of junk and it takes better pictures than thisn with this disaster! Pixles maybe 5? Lol Don't waste your time downloading app or purchasing this because awful!Picture quality is terrible, no matter what your phone's capabilities are.

2. Also, I cant even use it with my actual phone camera, and the pictures are horrible.

1. Fix iSnapxRemote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iSnapxRemote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iSnapxRemote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iSnapxRemote" » Open iSnapxRemote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iSnapxRemote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iSnapxRemote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iSnapxRemote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iSnapxRemote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iSnapxRemote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iSnapxRemote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iSnapxRemote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iSnapxRemote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iSnapxRemote not working

2. Fix iSnapxRemote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iSnapxRemote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iSnapxRemote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iSnapxRemote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
