1. The web platform is about a headache and a half to try and use as well... Might consider allowing providers to use the swoop platform to receive jobs from urgently.. cant ever reach anyone with urgently to advise of the many issues we have with the app or when we're needing help with a Dispatch...The APP is like a virus it makes your phone lock up and It quit letting you decide to only track you while in use.Do yourself a huge favor and do not download this app because if you do that means you have decided to become a service provider for urgently which you will regret.

2. Give it one more try if it dont work well then itll be ccupfront for every call!!!!!!!Small issue with the integration from the old app, but after I logged into my portal on my computer and set it up, it's been working like a charm and jobs are coming in as they should.

3. I have emailed tech support multiple times with screenshots, logs, and detailed descriptions but I'd have better luck waiting for Publishers Clearinghouse to arrive at my door with a check.Horrible. Other apps work a lot better.

4. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it's a more simple platformNeeds alot of work.. been having issues accepting jobs app constantly crashes and says no internet connection.

5. Occasionally the Automated system calls and tells me to check your portal, but that does absolutely NO good if the portal doesn't even work.

6. I am not getting jobs when we have the same rates! Called tech support and they can't find the problem.

7. Urgently (like most of the motor clubs) is garbage! As for the app: It is near impossible to get the app to work correctly.

8. It's just causing Everyone to lose much needed jobsThis app doesn't recognize when im touching the screen, cant zoom in or out , cant sign out literally have to restart my phone.

9. More specifically, it still receives incoming job alerts (that's money I now can't make) but the app has locked me out back to the "enter activation code" screen (which is an idiotic and unnecessary feature to begin with).

10. Do not do any work unless you're getting paid with a VCC only.You know? This app needs some constructive criticism.

1. Fix Urgently Technician Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Urgently Technician: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Urgently Technician App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Urgently Technician" » Open Urgently Technician » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Urgently Technician » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Urgently Technician app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Urgently Technician servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Urgently Technician" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Urgently Technician app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Urgently Technician might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Urgently Technician. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Urgently Technician then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Urgently Technician not working

2. Fix Urgently Technician Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Urgently Technician be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Urgently Technician not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Urgently Technician may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
