1. This company has redefined banking and makes it fun!I really like the idea of Lili, and when it works as intended, it's great! However, for an online only bank that has no web interface or access via physical location to not have a reliable app with consistently working mobile check deposit, ACH Transfer, or debit activation, that is unacceptable.

2. but besides that pretty awesome free, I decided to grow up and upgraded, and it's even more awesome than the free, switch between transactions to let them through or to pause your card, and all kinds of sweet things... and the thing with the last few bucks is only been a couple of times..This is definitely the best banking experience I have ever had.

3. Until they upgraded me w/out asking and kept me there, later closeing my account instead of reverting me back to the Free account without warning! I followed their TOS! Questions = No answers or warning.

5. I know everyone has a different use for Lili banking and app and uses it for my different types of business, but this is a perfect fit for what my small business needs are currently.Great app for banking, both personal and business.

6. I only have tried the free one.pretty great the only thing I don't like about it, is they don't tell you that you can't use the last two dollars if you needed them.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Lili Issues

1. Fix Lili Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Lili: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Lili App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lili" » Open Lili - Small Business Finances » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lili » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Lili - Small Business Finances app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lili servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lili - Small Business Finances" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Lili app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lili might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lili. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lili then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lili not working


2. Fix Lili Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lili be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lili not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lili may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
