1. We will give 5 stars when we are able to define download folder and an option for creating a download folder tree with files separated a folder per page.After trying serval apps this was the easiest and did exactly what I wanted except for a very major flaw.

2. EVERYTHING! On a side note, it is not clear to me where all the Web pages are saved, nor whether I can open the downloaded pages with a generic browser or just with this app.It would have gotten the full 5 stars from me, except for the fact that the websites l downloaded are not being updated.

5. My rating would have been 5 stars if this app had an update feature so it only downloads the things that have been added to the websites in my site list.

6. Not sure how recent updates would change that, as haven't used it, however SkyTube has been more usable to download a video.

7. There should be an ability to tell the program to look in the external SD card or other locations for it's offline data.This app is very good.

9. The index pg num for me to move between would disappear after I click on them which means I cannot navigate the story and must reload the story again.

1. Fix Offline Browser Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Offline Browser Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Offline Browser Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Offline Browser Pro" » Open Offline Browser Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Offline Browser Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Offline Browser Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Offline Browser Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Offline Browser Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Offline Browser Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Offline Browser Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Offline Browser Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Offline Browser Pro then reinstall.
