PTSD Coach Customer Insights

1. youtube mindfulness, or these little 'exercises' that do work for some people, but this program is basically a broad broad stroke for PTSD the amount of times the app pushes the crisis line and makes you take the damn quiz is a choreThis app has helped me get through dark moments in the middle of the night.

2. A lot of different therapies, like sound, music, guided meditation, sayings, pictures, customizable pics, and this helps. This app has helped me track and better manage my PTSD.

3. Developers, please add to this and thank you!I thought it would help me contact doctors or actually a coach, maybe more thought out less robotic programs, but it doesnt.

4. To all who contributed to the development and management of this app, thank you!Great exercises, got me through when I couldn't afford a therapist and helped me get into a meditation routine.

5. When stress is high it's hard to remember what tools I have and where to find them, the app uses the same strategies I'm learning in therapy and it feels seamless to use it when I need it.

6. During a recent crisis I used grounding and thought shifting through the app, it made me feel like the people who put the app together "get it" in a way that most people don't.

7. Explore the app before you need it, there are a lot of options and it's easier to find what works for you when you're calm and safe.Great idea but could use improvements: 1.

8. You can track your overall mental health and PTSD symptoms over time.

9. This app helps every day and on the really bad days its a mood lifter when i have no where else to turn too.I'm an older veteran, and this really does work.

10. Thank YouThis app helps those of us that experience dissociation and episodes from prior trauma.

11. It saved my life (literally)! Over three years ago I was at a very bad place and needed to contact the suicide hotline.
