Why should I report an Issue with Divar?

1. 4-it has got mistake in showing notification of commentsSo bad , many bugs , hanging in every chat ,, its really awful app , the explorer version is better ،،،، its a very bad app , very hanging , too many bugs , and they cant fix bugs , really not recommended using this awful app , they even banned me after I gave 1 star for app , so it means their banning all users who gave 1 star to them ,, so I will report this to google play service as soon as possible !It's very useful.

2. There is also the dilemma of trust when it comes to sending the product by a currier.1- inability to delete easily, you should delete coments one by one 2- when we add pictures for our ADS, it cut it , it most of the time in wrong way.

3. products are categorized seamlessly within a neat platform.This app can not distinguish between 280 sq meters apartment "for sale" and 280 sq meters apartment "for rent".

4. previously , I had reported these problems to the Developers , but no answer I received .It is quite a good 'n useful application, but I have some proposal.

5. weirdly & oddly I have to use a VPN app to connect to Divar app and/or its website while my internet works properly on other apps and websites .

6. Therefore when you send an advertisment for sale and another ad for rent with the same sq meters the app thinks they are the same!!!!! That is very very frustrating for Real Estate Consultants.

7. I think it time for Divar Developers to change & improve the appearance of this app.

8. Many times I have paid money for updating my advertisement , but because of significant connection problems I can not efficiently utilize it .

9. So i uninstalled the app instantly.Divar is one of the greatest application for secondhand goods and services.

10. Some people waste my time by putting fake advertising.

11. We've done our best to inform the company on this issue but they did not care!!! Not good... !You will have a very limited window to sell.

1. Fix Divar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Divar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Divar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Divar" » Open Divar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Divar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Divar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Divar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Divar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Divar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Divar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Divar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Divar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Divar not working

2. Fix Divar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Divar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Divar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Divar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
