1. Very fun and useful to me! I can no longer use it, but I find it to be a very good app! If I could have it I would, so I definitely recommend it.The app itself was, in my opinion, great until the recent update (5.1.2). It changed the layout of the texting section of the app and now its a constant having to scroll down to read the story you've written, little space to see what you've written already, and now it lags when I'm trying to scroll down to where my story left off.

2. Also, there should be a stop to the false information spreading around.This app is absolutely wonderful! The navigation is easy to use, and it's simple to keep up with your favorite authors and stories! The text format is one of the best features on this app.

3. Even for users who want to stay informed, someone always has the latest news and conspiracy theories! Great app.I really loved this app, I could write and express myself and interests and also read.

4. Not sure if this was an update or something but, I went to continue writing in one of my stories and the entire format changed.

5. As of recently, the app has been telling me 'an unexpected error has occurred' this has never happened before, i was just writing a story and all of a sudden this happened.

6. You have the "feed," instant messages, and of course an account to share content! Then, random chats and even a space to create blogs, texts stories, and just stories.

7. I would also suggest adding a feature that would enable being able to search with multiple tags to better narrow what you want to read and don't want to read.

8. I'm really upset about this and hope you guys can fix this.I enjoy using this app so far, but I'm currently experiencing an issue where it keeps saying there's no network connection, when I'm clearly connected to the wifi.

9. It is also extremely laggy scrolling through characters which is very irritating while writing a story.

10. I tried again the next day and when I tried to log in, it said "no network connection" or "unexpected error" whenever i tried to log in even when my internet was running smoothly.

11. Please fix these soon.I love the app so much but when I am reading a story where you have to tap for the story to continue, sometimes if I tap once it won't stop.

1. Fix Wit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wit" » Open Wit : K-POP Community » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wit : K-POP Community app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wit : K-POP Community" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wit not working

2. Fix Wit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
