10. Setelah itu mahasiswa akan mendapatkan notifikasi email ke ecampus. ut. ac. id berisi cara mendownload (mengunduh) aplikasi melalui Google Play Store.

11. Adakah batasan tertentu dalam mengakses bahan ajar digital UT ?

1. I hope the staff to fix the problem asap, so that students can be comfortable learning online.This app really helps me to study anywhere using my android phone, but there's an error, it always back to the first page after i read for a few minutes, hope it can be fixed soon.Empty book in cloud stores and always erorr, server error please fixed it, and some other book can't be opened .thank youI can't refresh the new books that should be available for the new semester and I can't download any of the available books.

2. It's basically a waste.After downloading the book it show error please fix as it will use alot of data if the cannot be downloadedWorks properly on my previous nexus 6 with android 8,,, but not working on my poco F1 on android 10...😭Cannot tell in file.

3. it will make our android device more convenience.My module is already available but unfortunately there is a problem with interference that files cannot be accessed and the app keep crashing while runs.

4. After unlocking the screen (if the phone screen got auto-locked by the timer) the page is resetted to page 10, it's really disturbing when I need to find the page again and again every time the page resetted.

5. but, unfortunately this aplication data can not be stored in external storage and it will absorb very big internal space.

6. please make it movable data storage onto external.

1. Restart BA Digital Universitas Terbuka: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BA Digital Universitas Terbuka App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BA Digital Universitas Terbuka" » Open BA Digital Universitas Terbuka » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BA Digital Universitas Terbuka » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BA Digital Universitas Terbuka app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BA Digital Universitas Terbuka servers.
