Why should I report an Issue with Tap by Wattpad - Interactive Story Community?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Wattpad.com to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. 1, user stories section won't load, 2, you can't put your story out there so making them are pointless, 3, why do we have to pay to read more, You only read about 10 pages and then it will stop you, 4, The app get's pretty boring so i would recommend that you added for features for both people who payed and people who didnt, 5, let us change the color of the characters colored names, the colors repeat themself and makes it confusing to read ThxWhenever I try and search for a topic or genre of story using the search bit, it comes up with nothing.

2. I hope that you would fix the issue or bug as this is getting kind of annoying to handle and we're unable to explore the app more than we used to be able to.This has interesting stories and a nice look, but I can't get out of the introduction story.

3. Nowadays, it doesn't work anymore which I am confused about and that when looking for user stories, you're unable to load the page which is a big no.

4. For some reason, it doesn't work anymore at all :( I had so many stories and ideas in my drafts, and now everytime I open the app it doesn't load anything.

5. So people can have a choice between tap stories or full written stories.Really cool! But I have a few suggestions: Why not doing a "chapter" system for the readers? And maybe add notifications, so we can know when our favourite stories are updated.

1. Fix Tap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tap" » Open Tap by Wattpad - Interactive Story Community » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tap by Wattpad - Interactive Story Community app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tap by Wattpad - Interactive Story Community" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tap not working

2. Fix Tap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
