1. I really want to continue reading but this ads are really annoying nowI've quite enjoyed this app for some time and then I started experiencing some problems like I couldn't earn coins anymore tried to send feedback but it kept telling me I hadn't sent the required info even tho I sent everything they asked for then my books wouldn't open saying I had connection issues which I didn't cause all my other worked fine with my WiFi and the books dissappeared so I logged out in the hopes of everything going back to normal and when I tried to log back in I couldn't.At first I gave it 5 star.. But now I rate it 1 star.... I have a lifetime membership.. But suddenly I can't find any books here.. It was blank.. Then I uninstalled it and then installed it back but after that i failed to log in .. I tried many times but it didn't worked...i also tried to message their help center but i didn't worked...

2. It takes quite a few taps, but it eventually plays the ad.This is a work of art 🙌❤️🔥, I've been using this app for months now and it has great stories to keep me up at night... If you love reading download this app it's as simple as that...... But one small thing too many ads , it's irritating when I'm reading something juicy then an add pops up makes me want to throw my phone 😭.. but overall great app I recommend it to everyone who loves readingAlthough some words are misspelled and some grammars are incorrect, at least i get to finish novels without spending coins which for me is great because unlike other novel apps wherein you have to get coins and finish just ONE Chapter which is frustrating.

There are grammatical errors which need to be fixed but one of the problems, I am facing is that at times I got to watch 6 to 7 ads and yet the chapter fails to open and very often I keep getting messages saying that the ad failed to load till I get fed-up and open other apps which do not have issues with ads opening.I don't understand this app anymore.

4. For the past 3 days I have been trying to continue reading one of the novels, however everytime I click on the reward video for the next chapter, it keep saying reward ad failed.

5. Thank you in advance.I intended giving a five star after the first book, but I won't any more, because I couldn't finish the first book, because the mandatory ad refused to load and the chapter could not unlock.

6. I don't want to say this was a colossal waste of time and data, until the problem is unresolved.I used to enjoy this app until they started showing videos to go to the next chapter.

8. For those who struggle with the adverts being unable to load, click on the view advert button quite a few time and eventually it will start the advert so that you can continue with the story.

9. Before, you could read 3 chapters if you watch one ad, now every chapter has an ad and you even have to watch up to 3 ads before it opens 1 chapter.

10. You're also asked to check-in to get coins but the ads still pop up even if you've already downloaded the chapters with coins.

1. Restart MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books" » Open MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MiduNovel-Read Stories & Books might not work.
