Why should I report an Issue with Rydar 2.0: Rideshare & deliver?

1. I attempted to start the 1-week free trial, and it's been "processing" for hours in their system...yet the trial registers just fine in Google Play and I received a receipt to my email for starting the trial and a notification that my card will be charged in 7 days.

This could easily be replaced by a little coding that would allow you to clock in for business and then calculate miles driven outside of trips like before, by pulling those trips out of their respective APIs rather than forcing us to switch between services all the time.Worked quite well for a number of months then suddenly no hotspots anywhere.

3. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling,etc nothing works.I paid for the yearly subscription on the original Rydar, which would automatically sync Uber rides and automatically log trips without passengers.

4. there is only one other app that even approaches the same functionality oh, and it doesn't track surges or hotspots, which is why I prefer Rydar 2.0 unfortunately, about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago, the app began behaving like I did not have an active subscription, which I most certainly did.

5. Even outside of the trial, the free version of the app doesn't seem to do anything.I want to be able to track all of my gigs in one app.

6. didn't catch it until it was set up now I can't go back and change it there is no edit function for the email also after I signed up or a premium trial all of the hot spots disappeared .

7. First, I was supposed to get a month for free for signing up for some other service (rydar worked that day).

8. there is obviously a lot of work and tweaking needed for this appOnce I entered my verification code, it just buffers endlessly and not getting me to the next steps.

9. I input the code and then it asked me to input my email to setup an account and it just hangs there.

10. Is there any way to get a partial refund? I have zero intention to use, or even keep, this app in its current state.Doesn't seem to work at all.

1. Fix Rydar 2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rydar 2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rydar 2.0 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rydar 2.0" » Open Rydar 2.0: Rideshare & deliver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rydar 2.0 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rydar 2.0: Rideshare & deliver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rydar 2.0 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rydar 2.0: Rideshare & deliver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rydar 2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rydar 2.0 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rydar 2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rydar 2.0 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rydar 2.0 not working

2. Fix Rydar 2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rydar 2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rydar 2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rydar 2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
