Why should I report an Issue with YouSub: Subscriptions Manager for YT?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Roger I/O to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. After finally sorting all 300+ channels yesterday, I opened a collection and after 1 second, it's contents disappeared.

2. As it is now, I go to each channel individually.this can be a really good app but you cant edit or rearrange anything except for the title of tge collection.if you want to change something then you have to delete the collection and do it all over again.

3. Only shows avatar thumbnails of channels, though, and launches YouTube app to open channel page.

4. the worst part of all of is that you cant search the youtuber by name ....you have to scroll through to find it amoung thousand of subscribers.

5. If it is a subscription manager, it should at least manage subscription 🤣🤣🤣The history of all my sorted out Subscriptions is lost and broken !! Fix it !Everything I was looking for and more.

6. Very simple but does it's job of sorting subscribed channels into categories.

1. Fix YouSub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YouSub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YouSub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YouSub" » Open YouSub: Subscriptions Manager for YT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YouSub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YouSub: Subscriptions Manager for YT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YouSub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YouSub: Subscriptions Manager for YT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YouSub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YouSub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YouSub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YouSub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YouSub not working

2. Fix YouSub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YouSub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YouSub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YouSub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
