1. Update 1/17: As the developer mentions, it seems like the issue has been resolved and the app seems to work.Service works fine.
2. I have been using it in my phone for more than a year and never had an issue before and I didn't install anything new or change my phone settings and suddenly I can't even access the app and my account.
3. At first the app was saying my credit wasn't good enough to use the optimizer, then I wrote my initial review and suddenly it says give the optimizer 1-2 weeks to collect data.
4. It would also be nice to be able to add an authorized user or a joint account.Before I get into the negative.. this app has helped my credit a lot in the last year.
5. The deposits truly are instant and all security features work well.App was working fine, but recently began getting a notification that the app can't be used on my device (something about a unlocked bootloader or custom rom).
6. This issue needs to be isolated and fixed.The app keeps crashing and it's been difficult to get a response from customer service.
7. My other issue is that it literally takes 4 business days to add any money and it's been rejected at certain restaurants before, which makes me never want to use it.
8. Well it's been a month or so and I still can't see the benefit of this particular feature where my credit is concerned.I really enjoy banking with them.
9. Other than that, I really enjoy the app and the card functionalities.Just updated, now app instantly closes saying it can't be used on this device.
10. I am running the newest version of your app! Can't access my account now! Edit: after clearing data, clearing cache, and a clean reinstall it finally works again.
11. In order to activate the credit optimizer, you must receive or initiate an ACH deposit.
