1. Update 1/17: As the developer mentions, it seems like the issue has been resolved and the app seems to work.Service works fine.

2. I have been using it in my phone for more than a year and never had an issue before and I didn't install anything new or change my phone settings and suddenly I can't even access the app and my account.

3. At first the app was saying my credit wasn't good enough to use the optimizer, then I wrote my initial review and suddenly it says give the optimizer 1-2 weeks to collect data.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix cred.ai Issues

1. Fix cred.ai Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart cred.ai: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the cred.ai App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "cred.ai" » Open cred.ai » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for cred.ai » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear cred.ai app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from cred.ai servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "cred.ai" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check cred.ai app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, cred.ai might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall cred.ai. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall cred.ai then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing cred.ai not working


2. Fix cred.ai Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make cred.ai be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to cred.ai not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, cred.ai may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
