1. I was about to bite the bullet and upgrade my account to lifetime unlimited for tax and tracking purposes but I don't think that option is on the table for me anymore.Boy was I starting to worry about keeping track of my crypto trades in my first real year in the game.

My only gripe is the mobile app could have a few more in depth tabs such as manual enter coins etc which are available in the desktop version and perhaps better use of smaller text and better placement of said text to allow you to see more info on each screen without scrolling but these are nitpicks against a very solid, helpful and usable app.

3. Thanks.Sad, the site and app seem like they have a lot of potential but I have no way of actually knowing, why? In order to connect to any exchange via API you need to upgrade to the Premium Plan and unfortunately they do not offer a trail period, and get this.. They show prices in Monthly installments but force you to pay for an entire year.

4. The potential here is great but could be sooo much better if it was more user friendlyWhile cointracking is great for getting an idea of your holdings and cost basis the are a few hiccups I am experiencing.

1. Fix CoinTracking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoinTracking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoinTracking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoinTracking" » Open CoinTracking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoinTracking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoinTracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoinTracking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoinTracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoinTracking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoinTracking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoinTracking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoinTracking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoinTracking not working

2. Fix CoinTracking Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoinTracking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoinTracking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoinTracking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
