1. Is there any way to remove linked account in the app, I can only find link external account or debit card, but no idea how to remove it.My new favorite account! The app is very clean and easy to use, and the customer service has been excellent.
2. It's cash advance feature is amazing, customer service has always been pretty good and despite a few minor bugs and errors I've had great experience and will continue to do business with level for the years to come.
3. I couldn't use it for cash app, not at a gas station either.Horrible. Customer Service can't even help you with situations that you are dealing with on your account because they don't have access to anything.
4. Would be nice to see some more features built into the app like location metadata on your purchase, and some more emphasis on app design.I had an issue with direct deposit (my fault) and i had to reach out to customer support.
5. So I tried emailing customer support but due to "security reasons" they won't address the issue over email... So I was advised to call, but the phones are only open limited hours/days.
6. Great customer service!I've tried over a dozen mobile banking Apps and this app without a doubt is the most inconvenient, and overall worst mobile banking app I've tried to date.
7. Just can't beat the option to use any atm, early pay deposit, cash back, and decent interest, all in one checking account.
8. While it's not a savings account, it has interest better than most of them, so having vaults would make it easier to keep track of emergency funds while keeping the great APY.
9. Another cool feature would be a credit builder card.I usually love Level but their app has been super glitchy lately.
10. Level is a pretty place to put your money and spend through your debit card, cashback on a card is almost unheard off, and I thoroughly make all my transactions count.
11. Overall very solid savings account, especially once the fed raises interest rates back up.Easy and smooth to apply, UI is clean and intuitive, high APR.
