1. One issue I noted is that the content sometimes fails to scroll if I exit then re-enter the app causing me to have to close it and reopenno such story keeps coming up on articles when you click!! then there dated 01/01/2000 !! very slow with current affairs, Headlines are a day old, and nearly every day they seem to mention the death of some "celebrity or singer" that people in Ireland don't even know about..All I'm getting is a blank screen despite having uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times.
2. Additional categories and the use of sub-categories to organise articles would make the site more attractive to browse.Only recently installed this app and it seems very good so far pages load very fast and no stalling unlike the independent app which used to be very good but the last year it's absolutely brutal and I had to uninstall it as it was doing my head in!Good app and news source, but it loses a star for its dreadful habit of displaying old articles for a short period, before refreshing with the latest articles.
3. Very very simple issue to fix with a preloader, but this hasn't been done for some reason. The good coverage (bar the awful motoring section) is hampered massively by a very poor outdated and clunky app experience.
4. Very small minded paper, sad to see it gone that way.The interface is visually appealing and navigation is simple and intuitive but the content is limited in its scope.
5. Very disappointing.Very good journalism but the app retains old stories and if the latest articles do appear, they only do so after a long delay.
6. screen orientation changes automatically which is very annoying also.Well written content and an intuitive app.
7. I've always used this to keep in touch with my native Cork, and Ireland for 10 plus years, but today I have uninstalled the app and won't be going back.
8. Media content is always left leaning and Woke these days.
9. Such a pity, as if this is addressed, The Irish Examiner will be a 'must visit'.The app will not open quickly, all other apps do.
10. The content is as fair as it gets, I suppose.
