1. Also it was not my type of clothing I was in my underwear.Where are the vertical measurements? Shoulder to floor, waist to hip, waist height, etc? You're already taking these mesurement points, not much help drafting without them Not super accurate with my old phone, hoping for better accuracy with my new one.This is an excellent app.

2. Great.Works great and measurements are accurate but don't forget your password and expect to reset it the email that you receive does nothing.

3. I tried several times to use the application and each time it gave me different measurements, though I followed instructions and adjusted the measurement lines , or whatever, which were also all wonky.

4. Second off if you want to delete a measurements set there is a trashcan icon but it does nothing.

5. The step had you place your phone on a flat surphace and slowly raise one side of your phone to a 90 degree angle.

6. Made it completely unusable.App is stuck on the "stand legs slightly apart, back straight, look ahead" step, fails and goes back to the 8 second countdown, and then repeats.

1. Fix Choozr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Choozr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Choozr App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Choozr" » Open Choozr » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Choozr » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Choozr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Choozr servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Choozr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Choozr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Choozr might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Choozr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Choozr then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Choozr not working


2. Fix Choozr Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Choozr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Choozr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Choozr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
