Why should I report an Issue with Stay on?

1. When you click the app-icon you should see a little message (known as a 'toast') which says "Screen timeout set to 30 minutes" and a notification-icon with a lightbulb will appear.

2. When you click the app-icon again (or you click the notification icon) you will get a little message which says "Screen timeout set to xxxx", where xxxx is set to your original timeout.

3. Click once to extend your screen timeout, click again to restore the screen timeout to its normal setting.

4. - Or you are typing an email on your phone, and when you take a moment to check the exact name of the recipient, your phone screen has turned off.

5. With 'Stay on' you can easily temporarily extend the time your screen will stay on!

Wished this had worked, but unfortunately it hasn't.Very limited option app but perfect for what I needed! 😁👍🏻 Sad that Android OS couldn't just add a 30 minute auto lock vs having to download another app for the one function/option.Simple and handy.the only thing that can be improved is let the users set the timeout as the default is 30 minute and hardcoded in the app.Perfect. Simple no extra settings and all that other rubbish you get with other apps of this nature.

I'd go download a free ap that actually 'stays on' not 'stays on - for a meager 30 mins' .I was searching for a app which can make a particular app time out increase..But this is exactly an workaround app for me.. whenever i want i can make it 1 min or 30mins ..Super Cool appIt works on MI phone.

3. Very easy and smart! I really recommend it.!ELEGANT - An elegant idea, plan, or solution is clever but simple, and therefore attractive.Excellent. Does what it says it does.

4. Not working with S9+ enabled the ability to change settings, still goes to sleepafter 5 seconds (yes I have checked all of the internal settings)... I have software issues that I'm trying get around.

5. No ads, super simple and useful.It's perfect at what it does and totally free.

1. Fix Stay on Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stay on: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stay on App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stay on" » Open Stay on » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stay on » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stay on app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stay on servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stay on" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stay on app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stay on might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stay on. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stay on then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stay on not working

2. Fix Stay on Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stay on be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stay on not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stay on may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
