1. The VA needs to modernize and streamline its disparate structure and employ developers to create more immersive native apps, like myChart. The app crashes every time I try to use it and installed adds that pop up over the top of messages and others apps and each time you unlock the phone.
2. Just hate being teased by apps I want and then finding out not available or does not work.Just an app to make you download other apps.
3. I had to do a factory reset to remove the veterans adds and then reinstall the few apps I do want to use.If only all the apps themselves worked.
4. If I could log in and do all of the mobile options from MyHealtheVet it'd be great, if it didn't just point to apps that don't even exist (chat, Annie, etc.) then it'd be useful.
5. Poor design and function leave little hope for an actually for functional tool to navigate the VA Health System any time soon.It is technically an app, but so is the email and browser I already have and know how to use.
6. Also and this applies to all of the VA apps, a UI that does not look and feel like an 8-year-old made it would be nice. This app is just a site redirector.
7. All of these should be gathered on just one application but that's how the government works, because it's the same on computer, you have to use 4 different ways to log in taking you to 4 different pages instead of being direct to he point.
8. it is useful in that it consolidates the various links for the VA in one place, but it really isn't anything more than that; it doesn't add more functionality than just independently visiting the links in your browser.
9. You would think an entity as large as the VA could have apps built that actually work.
10. How annoying - a useful tool anyone might want to have and it's not well advertised as unavailable.
11. Who at the VA is getting conned into paying for this?Computer-available appoints NOT shown, won't make appts, I AM shown as logged in to MY 'preferred' acct, Phone-app just won't share any info nor communicate with VA-Wilkes-Barre, PA.
