1. From what I'm seeing in the negative reviews, only put your federal return numbers in it... it doesn't track your state taxes.Doesn't work! Waste of time! Last year, it did the same thing types in all my info correctly and says it doesn't match! In reality, their whole system is the same went to the site online same thing! I even had my recent tax info out just to make sure I hadn't sent the incorrect info, and the same thing! Honestly no stars if I could! Will change if it ends up workingEntered accurately with the year displaying 2022 - doesn't work! The app and the irs website doesn't work.
2. Even when looking up a previous refund that I did actually get and have the check sitting in front of me, it still does nothing! I have the tax forms that I mailed in 2 times now and still there's no record of them receiving them after mailing in last April and then again 3 months ago! I sent an email and got no reply. The app can't find me, it refuses to acknowledge the correct refund amount and no phone number in the world can get me to a HUMAN to figure out why my refund was accepted 2 months ago but the IRS doesn't seem to know how much I need to start paying but still let me set up a payment plan that it isn't using.
3. The options to choose from should be in white letters if they're going to be listed on a black background.Shill reviews from every 5 post that loves this app! It doesn't work! I've tried this useless app so many times and have yet to get anything but my info does not match.
4. Turbo tax did it's job and the IRS doesn't seem to want to pick it up from there.I've been using this app every year, for multiple years now.
5. -- Overall the app and website both suck terribly! Most people are having issues because they're probably trying to enter their entire return, state include which is wrong...just enter the federal amount and it should come up.
6. The app is handy, but doesn't offer anything beyond what you'll find at the website. The app does it's job and does it well.
7. The only thing my status says is accepted.. it doesn't say processed or whatever.
8. This app is fine for checking refund status, making payments (if you owe), and getting access to free tax filing.
9. When I tap on Tax Year or Filing Status, the menu uses light black letters with a dark black background.
10. The user needs to have their expected refund dollar amount on hand for the tax filling year.
11. The IRS doesn't offer tax filing - free or paid.
