1. When I was at the airport last week there was an estimated wait time of less than 15 minutes for normal checkpoints.

2. It would be nice if there was some automation that didn't count on people reporting their wait timesThe app drains my battery within a few hours (without the app it took a few days to drain my battery).

3. edit: apparently what the graph is trying to show is the average wait time for the last 2 hours.

4. I think you have to be at the airport to see wait times, at which point it is useless information.

5. All in all, I see no real benefit to keeping this app on my phone.Only shows average wait times (i guess they're average? the graph isnt labeled... ).

6. i spoofed my gps location and played around, but couldnt get anything very useful out of this app.The app no longer allows travelers to post their own wait times.

7. I will continue to use the app.It's good to know what the expected wait times are at an airport.

8. GARBAGE.The app works well as long as people are taking the time to report the wait times.

1. Fix MyTSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyTSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyTSA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyTSA" » Open MyTSA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyTSA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyTSA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyTSA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyTSA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyTSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyTSA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyTSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyTSA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyTSA not working

2. Fix MyTSA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyTSA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyTSA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyTSA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
