Searchable catalogue has highest success rate of finding the correct title without manually adding than any other site.App is way too buggy, tried to create an account and then tells me email doesn't exist when I try to log in, then glitches out and screen goes white.Great response from the dev.

2. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 and will continue testing.Allowing a .cvs or other file to be uploaded would be ideal for groups like my own, where our catalogue of multiplayer games is more than 40,000.

3. If it had an option to import games from steam, psn like some other apps it would be perfect.The intentions for this are sound, & while it does in part, work there's just not enough people/interaction.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyGameDB Issues

1. Fix MyGameDB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyGameDB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyGameDB App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyGameDB" » Open MyGameDB - Game Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyGameDB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyGameDB - Game Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyGameDB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyGameDB - Game Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyGameDB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyGameDB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyGameDB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyGameDB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyGameDB not working
