Why should I report an Issue with Geev: The Zero Waste Solution?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of GEEV to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. As a suggestion, it would be nice if we could narrow the search results like being able to force 2 words to be present in each result shown, or even searching only in the announce's title.Good app, but I wish there's a way to notify a missed appointment from the receiver side.

4. The option should be implemented.I think there must have been an update recently because the first page loads but when i put something in the search bar or just select only the available items, it says : " it looks like an error occured as the page was loading.

5. I would recommend that you put the number of people that have contacted a geever on a specific item because they sometimes aren't read.Without watching any videos it says I've watched the maximum.

6. For example: I am giving away lots of books, if someone takez half and a second person takes the other half, I cannot choose those two persons as takers.

7. For example, I got to the appointment on time but the geever didn't show up and I've been waiting for half an hour without a reply so I went home.

9. I reduced one star because recently some of the stuff are being marked as 'exclusive' for which its not possible to adopt if you are not a paid subscriber.

1. Fix Geev Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Geev: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Geev App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Geev" » Open Geev: The Zero Waste Solution » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Geev » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Geev: The Zero Waste Solution app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Geev servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Geev: The Zero Waste Solution" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Geev app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Geev might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Geev. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Geev then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Geev not working

2. Fix Geev Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Geev be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Geev not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Geev may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
