Why should I report an Issue with IZZY - Stream Israel?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I would like to recommend adding some extra languages (subtitles), I have friends interested in Israel, but both Hebrew or English are unknown to them.A great variety of shows and subtitles are available.Nowhere near enough content to justify the price of $12 per month.

2. Need more content more content that can help those of us who need to learn Hebrew better please!I really love the interesting and creative movies and shorts on Izzy.

3. Good subtitles are critical to the success of this service in foreign markets.Fabulous! Finally, we all can watch Israeli shows and movies from anywhere.

4. The episodes are not always easy to identify sequentially and the subtitles are in straight white on top of the screen image making the subtitles illegible in bright scenes or scenes that are filmed outdoors.

5. If Netflix operated like this it would have failed miserably long ago.A good selection of different genres of entertainment, makes Izzy a very enjoyable experience.

6. ?!It's very unreliable to load certain movies and episodes and casting to the TV works sporadically.

7. It's a small part of my reason for having Izzy, but it's also helping me learn other languages, even if its only a few words, I really enjoy that as well as the entertainment.

1. Fix IZZY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IZZY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IZZY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IZZY" » Open IZZY - Stream Israel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IZZY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IZZY - Stream Israel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IZZY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IZZY - Stream Israel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IZZY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IZZY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IZZY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IZZY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IZZY not working

2. Fix IZZY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IZZY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IZZY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IZZY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
