1. Fix your app or I want a refund.a toddler cannot afford to pay for it and it doesn't allow you to get past certain things without paying for it also adds come across the screen and then your 2 year old is tripping because she can't play the game get it rightThis is just an ad app.

2. I sent email on this matter, but didn't get any response.Terrible in any way possible! Bought this app to remove ads right? NO... Click bait link on the app menu to go install,buy other apps how is this even possible? My kid is going nuts over this as this direct him to the play store to buy another app.

3. Paid to remove ads for my 2yo, little annoyed there are ads on a kids game anyway but more annoyed that the review star is still active which takes him to the play store! Even after reviewing and paying.

4. Click on the play button and it'll show a Fullscreen add to "Loan 500,000." Tried it multiple times.Great game, kid loves it.

5. It makes the game practically unusable at times.Ads?! My 18 month old cannot read and I sure as heck am not purchasing a game that would try to get click bate from toddlers accidentally clicking.

8. Would rate 0 if I could.😲 wow ! Great app ! It's perfect barely any ads!!! She could easily solve puzzles without being innturupted with ads! Great app for kids go ahead and try it out.

1. Restart Educational Puzzles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Educational Puzzles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Educational Puzzles" » Open Educational Puzzles for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Educational Puzzles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Educational Puzzles for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Educational Puzzles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Educational Puzzles for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Educational Puzzles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Educational Puzzles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Educational Puzzles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Educational Puzzles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Educational Puzzles not working
