1. After I click on the assignment I want to do, it brings to to the screen that the video is supposed to play at, with the things under it indicating at what time all the questions are.

2. Crashes every time i scroll to the bottom of the page while in a video, and this "app" if you'd even call it one is too buggy to operate.

3. The video itself never shows up, in it's place is just a black rectangle.Crashes when it gets to the final portion of the video and like many other reviews, it starts over, and erases progress.

4. And when you try to do an assignment in the mobile browser to avoid the bugs, it forces you to use the app.I wanna start off by saying the app works perfectly.

5. You can't even skip to where you left off which is even worse! Just do it on a computer and don't waste your time with this so called "app."Trash. It crashes every 3 min or closes itself.

6. It works just fine on computers but on mobile is crashes way too much to the point where you can't even scroll to see the answer choices.

7. Don't waste your time unless you want to get frustrated.I downloaded this app in order to do the edpuzzles for one of my classes, instead of having to sign onto my computer to do them everytime.

8. Forced to waste 15 to 20 minutes for ONE video, having better things to do but can't.

9. Sometimes I start watching a video, and the little circle showing where you are in the video doesn't even move at all.

10. I also find it annoying that whenever you leave the app, but you already saw a certain point of the video, it takes you back to what you have already watched and you can't forward the video.This app is so disappointing, to say the least.

1. Fix Edpuzzle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Edpuzzle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Edpuzzle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Edpuzzle" » Open Edpuzzle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Edpuzzle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Edpuzzle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Edpuzzle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Edpuzzle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Edpuzzle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Edpuzzle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Edpuzzle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Edpuzzle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Edpuzzle not working

2. Fix Edpuzzle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Edpuzzle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Edpuzzle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Edpuzzle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
