Why should I report an Issue with Lucid - Dream Journal?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It also needs to allow for the ability to download the information into other tools or allow for text mining when looking for keywords that may create custom reality checks that could be text mined from the dream details themselves.

2. It was working a week or so ago, but now appears as a blank screen.Do NOT close the app when you are writing a dream!!! This app is perfect, but the two stars off are for not being able to change the date for a dream, and most importantly, drafts not saving if I exit the app!!! Now I have to rewrite a huge chunk of my dream, all because as soon as you exit the app, everything disappears unless you save it as a completed dream.

3. Only the voice memos are being saved but everything else including the title, description, sleep quality, dream clarity, lucidity level - none of that saves.

4. It's really annoying.Way too many clicks! We're usually half asleep when using this yet we're expected to click thru 5 screens!?... or it won't save... As I discovered after losing a valuable dream audio recording😭.

5. Like other reviews say, it would be nice to have the mood, clarity, lucid, ect.. after you write down your dream.

6. The tag feature is great for searching so you can program your mind and return to the scene of a particular dream.

7. I'd suggest developers look at other dream apps for ideas as they are more efficient and convenient.

8. Im not so much interested in lucidity, but even just the tracking is better than any other dream app i can find.

9. Half the time it doesn't record the dream I just spent forever typing out.

10. The only thing you could pay for is the removal of ads after every dream entry.

1. Fix Lucid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lucid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lucid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lucid" » Open Lucid - Dream Journal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lucid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lucid - Dream Journal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lucid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lucid - Dream Journal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lucid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lucid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lucid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lucid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lucid not working

2. Fix Lucid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lucid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lucid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lucid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
