Why should I report an Issue with Zing - Jewish Music Streaming?

1. Tarabul app, first of all can't find a lot of my favorite artists and songs, adds literally every 3 seconds, crashes every 5 seconds, when I skip a track it takes 10 seconds than starts playing 2 songs at the same time, and there's no way you can stop it keeps on playing even when you close the app.Very nice, a long-awaited app When I select an artist and I press on Albams to see the albums of the selected artist, it says, no albums found.

2. A few critiques on the latest update (October 30, 2022)- the playlists become offset by the "ads"- for every 13th song on a playlist that I try to play, the advert plays instead, and offsets the songs by one, so that when I press the 14th song, it plays the 13th song.

3. This builds up each 13 songs, so if I try to play a song all the way at the end of the playlist, the song doesn't play, and instead the last song that is a multiple of 13 does.this would be a dream app if it would actually work.

4. also would be nice if you can have shuffle option for playlist so don't have to play whole album at a time.At first I was so pleased to have albums and whatever singer or style I wanted at my fingertips.

5. I need this to to be a replacement for Apple Music, which means being able to use this via Android Auto and being able to upload all my albums.

8. If I try to play a song it stops after 1 minute and I have to restart the app but the same thing happens again.

1. Fix Zing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zing" » Open Zing - Jewish Music Streaming » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zing - Jewish Music Streaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zing - Jewish Music Streaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zing not working

2. Fix Zing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
